Crochet Reversible Baby Blanket »

Category: Sewing

Type of item: Functional

For: Children

Style: Whimsical, Outdoorsy, Hipster, Holiday, Funky, Romantic, Retro / Vintage, Mod, Cute, Traditional, Classic, Casual

Materials

cotton fabric and acrylic yarn

What was your inspiration?

Always wanting to make neutral blankets, I like that this looks like upholstery! A nice change from pastels! Perfect for any modern mommy and baby!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I would rate this as a advanced beginner crocheter. You also need some basic sewing skills! No sewing machine required!

Complete crochet and sewing instructions are included for the approx 31" x 30" blanket and I have added two edging options! The instructions do not include the name of any of the fabrics shown. You will need to choose and purchase your own fabric and coordinating yarn.

Color photos included! I am always available for help!

I think i will use this to make super soft baby blankets. Back it with some flannel and use neutrals and they should be a real hit at the baby showers.
