3 - Iron image onto a non-stretchy woven fabric (muslin, cotton, etc.)

What was your inspiration?
A summer concert I was going to! I wanted the perfect shirt to wear, so I decided to make one.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the quality of beading on this project. Each bead is hand-stitched and reinforced with several strands of thread. I did not want the applique falling apart after wear. It was definitely a labor of love!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This can be a very time-consuming project! Be sure to budget out the necessary amount of time based on the size of the applique. You can also use this same method to apply any type of bead, sequin, rhinestone, etc. The iron-on image makes a great pattern if you want a specific image.
