Tulle, wreath form, skulls, ribbon and wood letters.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I used 8 yds total, 5 of orange, 1 green (lime), 1 purple and the black with the witches not tulle really. I tied them to the wreath frame just looping called a double half hitch (my husband told me) then I added all the other items randomly. Hope this helps!
