1) 3.25 mm hook (US = D, UK = 10). 2) 4 ply yarn (cream, green, red, white, orange, black and brown). 3) Polyester fiberfill. 4) Ten 4 mm black beads for eyes or other eyes as desired. 5) Tapestry needle. 6) Sewing needle and thread

What was your inspiration?

My Jazzy the Good Witch pattern. The witches are a tiny version.
