Do you have a strong stomach? If you can get past the eyeballs, maggots and blood to cut the cake you will find red velvet cake with chocolate cake pop eyeballs. The maggots are white chocolate. The knife is gumpaste and the blood is a cherry kirsch sauce. The eyeballs are hand painted with food markers. The pupils are black M & Ms
