What materials did you use? Medium weight demin, quilters cotton and homespun for the lining

What are you most proud of? The finish of this bag is superb. The lining goes in really well and the simple webbing handles are so easy to attach. I love all of the zippered pockets.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It is a little tricky and good for someone with a little sewing experience. I had to practice the zips and was really happy with the way they are done. To help get the zips in the right place I used a glue stick to hold them to help pin and sew. The construction method is logical and applying the lining is genius. As was fInishing the open seams once everything was turned right side out. I used quilters cotton with an iron on interfacing in all instances that duck was required. I used the same green cotton for the lining. My feature fabrics were denim for the main body on the outside and a blue check quilters cotton to coordinate.

LOVE your bag! I am using mine for a gym bag too. Thanks for the glowing review. It really is fun to know that you can make such an excellent bag, isn't it?

Great bag, I like the pop of green. Have just purchased the pattern and am looking forward to sew the bag.
