What was your inspiration?
My friend Maria loves to cook and she's got a great sense of style. So she needed something special to carry her groceries in. I monogrammed the exterior pocket to add a bit of whimsy.
What are you most proud of?
This is a simple pattern - I loved how the bags turned out. I put peel-n-stick tile in the bottom to give the bag some stability.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The pocket isn't on the pattern, but it's a great place for coupons and a grocery list.
