What advice would you give someone starting this project? Difficult one, understand the pattern so that you can make the necessary adjustments. From memory, there weren't many options for lengthening or shortening, however having made it, I can see what changes I probably would have done.

Vogue V1328 - I'm really pleased with how this dress turned out. The back panel did challenge me and took a bit of time to work out but I'm really pleased with the effect. The fabric was lovely and I enjoyed making this.

Seems I picked the right class, this is the pattern that I bought to make.

I enjoyed making this however I seem to remember that when it came to the shoulder seams, that the pattern was wrong (well, at least that was what I thought). I went with the pattern but it caused me real problems when I came to that area and I ended up cutting away the excess fabric. It would be great to see your dress when it's finished.
