I also adapted the pattern for earrings using same instructions except: skip the bail part, make a not quite 90 degree bend in the wire about 1.5-2 inches from one end (this will become the ear wire). Continue on with stringing and wiring beads adding swirls, etc, as desired. Shape end of wire into ear wire and file end smooth.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I had been just waiting for the right thing to make with these delicious Malachite beads! This pattern was it! It accents the beads without overpowering them.
What are you most proud of?
adapting the pattern into the earrings. I love it when it comes together in my hands the way I see it in my head!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Your fingers WILL get sore! Don't try to do a whole bunch of these at once and wear a thin suede or cotton glove if you can
