Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used the "Wet on Wet" technique I learned in Kate Sullivan's class, to create the color on the cake. I made a homemade version of Sugarveil for the gold leaves. The Orchids are gum paste and the Dragonfly is Isomalt.
