This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up & closed at the top with the kitchener stitch. Tassels are assembled & attached at the end. I found that the hat needed to be started on dpn's and after the first or second round it could be changed over to a 16” circular needle.Size: to fit a 17 ½” head.
