What was your inspiration?
I wanted to add some hand-made items to my friend's baby shower present. I love things that are made with granny squares, but I'd only done washclothes before. I thought a blanket would be cute!
What are you most proud of?
I am proud that I managed to make both sides of the baby blanket look nice, so it's reversible.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You should try to keep the tension the same at all times, checking each square against the others. In the end, I had some extra squares that I use as coasters, since they came out too small.
