What was your inspiration?
My inspiration was a very old Granny Square afghan I saw in a thrift shop. I hadn't created any granny squares in a long time and decided it was time.
What are you most proud of?
the bright and varied colors.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be put off by the size. The Granny Squares are created one by one and don't take long. The most time consuming aspect of this project is putting the squares together.
