What was your inspiration?
Finding myself with a pile of squares from an unfinished Babette Blanket and a call for scarves for my favorite knitting charity, The Shanghai Guild, I got to work sewing the squares into a a scarf. I created a pdf file with the diagram on how to assemble the squares into a scarf.
What are you most proud of?
That I took a pile of squares that had been lying around for YEARS and turned them into something that could make someone else feel a bit cherished.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be discouraged when you find that you can't get through a large project you've begun. Just figure out something smaller to make.
