What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics, basic quilting supplies

What are you most proud of? Even though a close inspection will show that the piecing is a long way from perfect, the overall look turned out stunning.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Sometimes it is a good thing to update old patterns with new look fabrics.

What a great quilt! Definitely going into my project box.

I love this quilt. I never saw this pattern before. I will definitely remember it.

This is certainly an eye catcher. It lends itself to lots of different patterns and batiks sure do it justice. I can see you worked long and hard on this quilt. Watch out for thieves who lust for your quilt.

Very nice!

Really beautiful quilt. I can feel these butterflies fluttering around me right now. I don't see a link for the pattern. Where can I get one?

This is an antique pattern that my mother-in-law's grandmother had. I got it from one of my husband's sisters.

Is there anyway to get the pattern? I have a granddaughter who just loves butterflies. Would think if an antique pattern it is pass it's copyright date. Maybe you could copy and sell on Craftsy?
