What was your inspiration?
To create a cake that the Grad would truly love. This yound lady worked hard and put herselt through school. Hat's off to Breezy.
What are you most proud of?
Searching and coming up with the perfect pan to create the base of the Graduation Cap. This is a pan which holds 4 cones, I used my scratch pound cake receipe and it came out perfect.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Prepare ahead of time. All props must be make ahead of time to dry. Also, buy pre-colored Black Fondant, what a difference this makes
