This cake is stunning. I have purchased your class but haven't yet watched it because I haven't been able to find a break from work, but I am super excited to learn your technique. BTW, do you think frills would combine well with orchids? My daughter wants an Angelina Ballerina cake for her bday (it's still months from now, but I tend to plan way ahead) and I was thinking of doing a frill bottom, then on the next tier arrange orchids in matching colors and put an Angelina sugar paste figure on top. I do a fair amount of cake decoration as a hobby (I am a scientist by profession) and while I tend to do well when I have to match a design, I can't always decide whether things will go well if I am designing them. Thank you for your lesson and fabulous work!!!
