Simply Soft yarn, size 8 DPNs, ribbon.

What was your inspiration?

I used to really like the Gothic look, so I made these for a little bit of sentiment of my past style. Of course, they are way too dark for me now, but they are nice to look at and remember.

What are you most proud of?

It was my first time really using intarsia. You can't really see it, but under the ribbon is just one long block of purple which I had to work in the round with the intarsia knitting style. It was trying, but it turned out well in the end.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

As always, be creative!
