What materials did you use? Cotton fabric from my stash

What are you most proud of? Pretty fabric and not too bad a job of piecing. A shame I goofed on cutting.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure you completely understand the directions. If you have ANY doubt, ask before completing it. I'll have to try again.

I remember watching a video of someone who made a scotty quilt, and once it was finished realized 1 scotty was sideways .. but that made it unique .. it seems like you reversed 2 strips, but I would leave it, and finish the rest, and this makes you quilt unique, that is the fun of homemade .. your piecing is outstanding, nice sharp points :)

I like it - you have 2 intersecting arrows shot through a diamond.

Thanks, Interesting perspective. What is so weird is that now I can't find the block anywhere! That's what I get for cleaning up my room.

I like it! I see it is from another Craftsy course!... I think I will have to check it out! Thanks for posting!

It took me a while to find what you had done wrong. I think it is a lovely block. Did you go back and do another one yet?

No, I never did make another one. I really need to do that. This one became part of a pad for our cat to lay on. He loves it.

I really love your block! The background really makes your star pop, I don't think it's goofy at all! I can't tell you how many of the pieces I messed up on too. Yours, however, won't be noticiable to someone sho didn't take the class. I, like several others who commented, had to really look to find the error. You are so brave!!
