What was your inspiration?
Starting with a nephew who likes golf, then finding the golf panel, I sat on the idea for a long time. I was working on it while viewing both Creative Quilt Backs and Modern Quilt Design. In the latter it was suggested that one way from traditional to modern was to experiment with quilt backs. The two ideas fit perfectly together, so I did.
What are you most proud of?
I like the look.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I find it really hard to measure large pieces accurately--not advice, just a possible caution
