Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Cake was a traditional vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling covered in buttercream. I then covered it in black fondant and trimmed it with glam ribbon from Caljavaonline. I made the shoe from modeling chocolate and attached glam ribbon to it using melted white chocolate. The insole and the bottom sole is made from fondant.
What are you most proud of? The shoe, I've never had much luck with modeling chocolate before taking this class and was very happy with my success.
