I picked shoes online that I liked, printed them, cut out their design, then used this as my basic outline. I then improvised as I envisioned in my mind. What was your inspiration?
My friend Kathie volunteers for Make A Wish and is an inspiration to me. I wanted to do something nice for her to give back a little of the joy she spreads to others.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud to have been able to find a way to bring the three paintings together as a collection and feel they look somewhat professional considering I have never been formally trained in painting.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Do not be afraid to pick up a paint brush and just GO FOR IT! That is what I did!
