What was your inspiration?
This is for a cousin's baby, who is named Giuliano. She wanted a soccer theme and an appliqued "G".
What are you most proud of?
I love how I was able to use the leftover triangles from the center corners to make the two rows of scrappy triangles along the top and bottom.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have your basic design in mind when you start, but leave room to make some things up as you go along.
