What was your inspiration?
My black fabric with the flowers. I had not purchased black fabric of any kind till this
wonderful fabric came along.
I worked in a quilt shop, so I put all the fabrics together for a quilt.
Purchased it and took it home to my stash.
For the past couple of years I have been making quilts from my stash.
What are you most proud of?
How well this pattern shows of this wonderful fabric.
How this seams to be just the right pattern for this fabric to show it off.
How well it all came together. it is in the front in the 2 1/2"blks.
The backing which is also in the front 2 1/2" blks I found from the shop when I was ready to begin.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a fun quilt. As you go it just keeps blooming.
