What was your inspiration?
i wanted to use piping on waistband. until this project, i had never worked with it before. very easy & love the way it looks. i stuck with the regular size waistband, per the pattern; whereas on my first ginger i made the waistband quite a bit smaller.
What are you most proud of?
the entire skirt! but probably doing stitch in a ditch along the waistband/zipper. had not done that technique before on any of my clothes.
