My friend made jumpers from the pattern for her twin granddaughters who are not yet 1 1/2 years. She used the same pattern and simply made it shorter in the skirting portion. I love the leg warmers she has to go with the jumpers!!

What was your inspiration?

Just wanting to share my friend's photo of her 1yr old granddaughter wearing the jumper she knitted.

What are you most proud of?

I still love that there are no buttons on the jumper; it simply slips over the child's head. The ribbon can be tacked to the jumper in a few stitches around the backside, so that the child doesn't pull it out.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is really quite an easy knit-in-the-round project!
