Instructions
Make like the wands using the styrofoam balls. Use wire to make a wire frame, being sure to embed all the ends into the ball and glue it really good. After forming the fabric to the frame and ball, sew the fabric to the wire frame to help it stay on. I cut the bottom of this one to make it swing and give it a floaty feel.Difficulty:
