What was your inspiration?
A Mexican tradition that usually is at every Spanish holiday in my family... I just modified it to my liking, my taste, and of course Gluten Free!... But certainly not dairy free...
What are you most proud of?
The taste and texture was great... not sure how the liquid would hold up in a Rice based flour.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be happy and continue to practice!
