What was your inspiration?
The bride found this design online somewhere and brought it to me to duplicate. It's not my cup of tea - but she was happy. To keep her costs down, she had me use real ribbon but fondant black plaques. The cake is iced in buttercream. I'm not happy with my icing as I can see so many flaws in it but my carpal tunnel is so bad that I guess I'm lucky I got the thing iced at all. I go for testing on Monday....carpal tunnel and cake decorating seem to go hand in hand (no pun intended! lol ). Thanks for looking!
