Great feathers, what a beautiful gift

The project is beautiful. What did you use to transfer the pattern onto your quilt top? Did you free form by dropping your feed dogs or the "humm purr" rhythm?

Hi Penny, It is not transferred, you first, try them on paper, and then trace the central line, and then make the feathers one side at a time, and then the other side, you choose one corner to try another central line and so...

But I liked the rhythm

Feathers with Flying Geese - that's the best quilting design, and you have made it look wonderful!
