I made this topsy-turvy cake for my business booth at the Southern Vermont Garlic and Herb festival. I was selling cupcakes, and the cake definitely lured people in! Richard Ruskell's technique of putting the topsy-turvy cake together worked well to keep the cake stable. I transported it to the festival and back twice, and it is still looks great.
