What was your inspiration?
I was digging a hole to plant a clematis to trail up my Aspen tree, I felt the dirt moving while removing from the hole. This little troll (toad) hopped out of my hand and landed on a rock. Yikes!
What are you most proud of?
I love succulents and Clematis vines, both are very hardy. Succulents are easy to grow and share with friends. I smile when I walk around the neighborhood and see some of my shared plants in another yard. I find interesting rocks with hollowed out areas and plant a succulent in it and poke sedum and hens and chick in every area that I can get soil into. The results are gorgeous.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Share plants with others and always be on the look out for a unique container to put multiple plants in. You will love it!!
