I actually decreased 1 sc every 11th stitch on round 15 of the brim so the brim stays up a little better without falling down in my face.Instead of finishing the look with material for the hat band I used up some scrap fun fur I had in the closet. I chained 75 then came back with a single chrochet across then tacked it to the hat.

I made this one for my aunt. I think she's gonna LOVE it!!!
What are you most proud of?
I kind of like the look of the furry band. Gives it a "fun" look.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Watch your gauge! I didn't the first time I tried this pattern and let's just say it got a "little" big haha.
