Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I followed Maggie's instructions to the tee, and was so pleased with the results, as was the bride. I used my homemade marshmallow fondant for the ruffles (which I learned from her ruffle class), chocolate ganache, gumpaste, and everything Maggie suggested in her class. It was VERY time consuming but so worth the effort. I love how detailed Maggie's classes are and I'm so happy I took the class!
What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of how natural and detailed the sugar work turned out, and how the ganache looks like wood.
