What materials did you use? Fat Quarters, fusible interfacing, fusible fleece, nubby yarn, and decorative threads.

What are you most proud of? These coasters were my first attempt at hyper quilting. They were a lot of fun and even though they aren't perfect, they make me smile because they are so cheerful!

They make me smile as well! Great idea for use of samples. I need to go and do, also!

Yes, I love these! They are very cheerful & too cute!! I would like to make some; OK if I copy your idea? Question is how did you finish edge and apply the yarn? (I am addicted to hyperquilting and need to stop making table-toppers!!)

The yarn was added to the edges with a zig zag stitch, with one thread over the outside edge. I did two passes with the yarn. Have fun making yours! They are fun and quick to make. Thank you for the nice comments!

Beadywoman, thanks for your quick reply. Did you finish the edges of the coasters before you added the yarn? Again, I think your coasters are adorable and a great way to practice hyperquilting. Don't you just love hyperquilting and Patsy Thompson?!!
