What materials did you use? Embroidered silk shantung

This is my dress. I made the full skirt and moved the zipper to side, changed the bias cut bodice to straight grain. I also had to position the roses on each piece. I underlined it with silk organza and put in a horsehair hem. I wore it to my niece's wedding and received lots of compliments, one of them on how beautiful the skirt was. Susan thank you for all your help

Thanks so much the skirt has 4 pieces. It was fairly easy just time consuming. The hem was the challenge because I did not have enough length and needed to put a bias facing on it and then hand sew the horse hair
