Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Vanilla butter cake 10" round 4" high. Frosted and filled with dark chocolate ganache. Covered with fondant. Ice castle made from modelling chocolate. Mountain made from rice krispies and covered with fondant. All other docorations in fondant.

What are you most proud of? Everything especially the mountain!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take all of Jessica's classes before you start any project!

I have added this project here because of the rice krispies mountain to show that you can mould anything out of this treat. And for anyone looking for a short cut, just use the rice krispies squares from Kellogs, put them in a bowl and microwave until it is soft and pliable to work with (beware it will be hot) and its the same as the one you will make from scratch. For this mountain I used 7 squares. Good luck!

How did you do the castle?

I made it from modelling chocolate. Just drew the design myself and measured the size I wanted and cut it out.
