Just fun to do as guild monthly project.piecing was the fun part on to finishing quilting it. any ideas on what quilt in borders would help.

Thimble berries fabric I need help in finishing the quilting on this in the borders. this class gave me the desire to finish this UFO

What was your inspiration?

since the background fabric has leaves I fee motion leaves in all the background Cindy class video gave me the desire to finish this UFO.

What are you most proud of?

I love how it looking so far. and since this is a queen size quilt. I feel like I have done something good.

i like the design was it made from a pattern of blocks or a kit very nice hope you get some great suggestions i'm just learning myself i just love the feathers

thanks , I like your idea for the corners , looking for ideas of what do I but in the delectable mountain block border blocks any ideas.? I do have a stencil of feathers and stars which might work . I like free motion quilting not real good at drawing stencils. but it might be just what is needed. then on to the out side border ?need all the help I can get.

Wow, your quilting is beautiful when I see the feathers in the sky-white I think in pines for the mountains, maybe the pine leaves or some stylish-trees??

Great 'feathers'. You've done a lovely job on them - they are very 'curved'. I've watched Cindy do them and mine look nothing like hers. Maybe a small circle with outside feathers for the corners...
