I plan to do the same. I am working on a home machine, ( a Pfaff that I LOVE and would not trade for anything)and it is just easier that way.

I have not put it together yet. I have been busy getting a business started so some of my 'fun' things have been on hold. Putting the top together is one of the priorites of my new studio.
