I sewed together 2 pieces of French ribbon that are both 2 inches in width and also 2 pieces of grosgrain ribbon that are 2 inches in width to get an overall 4 inch wide bag. What was your inspiration?
I love the Art Nouveau time period and when I was in a ribbon shop in the city I saw this French ribbon and it reminded me of that time period.
What are you most proud of?
The delicacy of the colors.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Find a ribbon that speaks to you and pair beads and design with them in beautiful patterns.
