Cotton fabric, fusible batting, medium weight interfacing, zippers, clip, d ring

What was your inspiration?

I wanted a small pouch for carrying change and cash for garage-saleing, and needed a secret pocket to hide extra cash when I'm bargaining. ;) Free tutorial, and a giveaway! Enter by June 22nd!

What are you most proud of?

The construction and "engineering" of it was a bit tricky. There was a lot of trial and error, that's for sure. I'm pretty proud of figuring it out though!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

If the instructions are confusing, just take a sec and puzzle it out. Don't be afraid to give it a try, you'll love the results!

Very nice. Plan to make it when I'm caught up on current projects. I like your postings. The chair one is inspiring me reupholster this second hand chair I bought yesterday for my sewing room. I'd been looking for an old office chair with wheels and no arms and found one yesterday. It's got the lever under the seat to raise or lower, which I like, but it really needs reupholstering. So glad I stumbled on yours!
