What are you most proud of? This was the most thrilling and the most terrifying quilting journey I have taken. Each 15" block has a unique free motion pattern. I encountered error codes on my sewing machine that I didn't know it had. It took me days just to figure out the magic combination that would work on my machine. I almost quit three times, but I kept coming back until I finally got it. Thank you Leah.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Leah was so helpful on getting me to figure out what went wrong after I modified my free motion foot. Just from a photo she told me to remove one rubber band loop and keep practicing. It worked.

Lovely - color placement is so pleasing! And your FMQ is fabulous! Your comments have inspired me to try my FMQ again.

Thanks Rosemarie. Just keep practicing and you will improve. On my last two FMQ projects I used polyester thread instead of cotton thread. It is much easier to do FMQ with polyester thread.
