Here?s how to make the wreath:
1. Make several large and small pinwheels (you can learn how from my video tutorials here - http://www.fleecefun.com/printable-4th-of-july-party-decorations-1776-collection.html) Tip: to make my pinwheels double sided I glued two printouts together(white sides together) and then cut the diagonal lines and made the pinwheel.
