Makes me want to make a coat in these colours when I finish the first. :)

Gorgeous work! Doesn't the beading take some patience?

Thank you for all your kind comments. After a lifetime of very structured sewing, I'm throughly enjoying the relaxed Alabama Chanin techniques. In answer to a couple of questions, I did stencil the green jersey with a mix of pearl gray, green & black and the background jersey is black.

Absolutely stunning! Excellent choice in color and beadwork! I need to get my fabric and thread and paint and... I am trying to make sure I have nothing else to distract me when I start. :) Beautiful detailed work, thanks for sharing. geniknits.blogspot.com

So charming! It makes me want to touch, it looks so lush. The beaded detail is great. I'm curious about what paint you used, because I can't see any signs of paint on the forest fabric. And the background color - is that black, or one of the Alabama Chanin grays?
