What was your inspiration?
I was reading the forecast for the upcoming winter.....they say we are in for a "la nina" year. In Wisconsin, that translates to cold and snow, no matter how they spin it. My little man needed a new hat for the cold weather so I sized up the baby version I had designed this summer to fit my whole family.

how quickly it knits up
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
choose a true super-bulky yarn or hold a bulky yarn double to be sure to get gauge
