What was your inspiration?

This Blanket was made to comfort a family member as she was going through Chemo treatments for Breast Cancer. For a woman who has given selflessly all her life and was enduring the worst it was time some one did something for her!

What are you most proud of?

I am proud to have been able to complete the blanket and give it to her in person! She has since completed her treatments and doing well

Hello Claudette725, Thank you so much ;o) This is Swedish Weaving, or "Huck Weaving" worked on monks cloth fabric that looks like a very large Aida cloth. Not sure if it is the same as Swedish "Needle Point" as needle point tends to refer to small work such as cross stitch. For reference this blanket is 3 ft by 5 ft if that helps at all.
