Instructions

I found this pattern in knitsimple, winter 2009/10. I took the suggested color scheme and ran with it. I also made it bigger than the original pattern to fit on the top of a queen size bed.

What was your inspiration?

I really loved the colors of the original pattern but didn't have easy access to the required yarn. I love blue and especially multicolors. I chose this pattern as something to work on at the office when I didn't have anything else to do.

What are you most proud of?

That my boss, the most awesome boss ever, loved it. I gave it to him and his wife at the end of the project I was employed on. I'm also proud of the fact that I actually FINISHED it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't get wrapped up in getting the colors exactly the way the picture looks like. I've had a blast creating more of these in different color schemes and they're all lovely.
