Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This 3 tier wedding cake is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Each tier is decorated differently, wrapped with a jeweled ribbon and topped with fondant roses. The bottom tier has Cornelli Lace piped on the sides. The middle tier has a candy melt letter "M" on the side. The top tier has silver dragees staggered around the sides. The roses where made by cutting circles from the fondant. Roll the first circle into a tube and then add more circles to form the petals, fanning each petal out a little as you add it. Keep adding circles until you reach the fullness you desire. To make the candy melt "m", I searched online until I found the font that I like. Then, I reversed the letter and printed it out. I put the printout behind a plastic sheet protector. I melted the candy melts in a squeeze bottle and then traced the letter. I made several just in case one broke. Put them in the freezer or refrigerator to set up. I carefully peeled the letter off the plastic and used buttercream to attach it to the cake

What are you most proud of? This is one of the most detailed cakes I've made. The bride loved it and I got so many compliments on the decorating as well as the taste of the cake.
