Thanks for your compliment! I used the regular rubber Matt that you find out by the roll for shelves... It has some texture similar to the leather on the real bag..the base is the tan color fondant and then I cut squares around 1x1 on the dark brown fondant and placed them one by one! Extra time consuming but I know you could do it! Anything else that I can help you with just let me know!
