Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Double batch of the recipe as per instructions. Home grown tomatoes and zucchini. Onion and garlic and olive oil drizzle. Top with sea salt.

What are you most proud of? The taste of the roasted tomatoes and the spongey quality of the bread. Crust was crispy from the olive oil on the edges which was amazing.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Let things roast longer than you think. Turn oven down to 450 after steam stops (about 5-8mins).
